Stella Technology & QHN Advance Community SDOH Efforts

Milpitas, CA and Grand Junction, CO – August 1, 2019. Stella Technology headquartered in California and Quality Health Network headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado announce the incorporation of NinePatch, Inc.

Founded and headquartered in Silicon Valley since 2012, Stella Technology is comprised of a team of seasoned professionals who have designed, built, procured, implemented, and run over 60 of America’s leading statewide, regional, and private health information exchanges (HIEs). 

NinePatch Inc. originated from Stella Technology’s development of a care coordination platform focusing on social determinants of health (SDOH). Quality Health Network is the pilot organization that launched the Whole Person Care sdoh software solution under the name Community Resource Network. QHN is a well-recognized leader in the HIE space. Whole Person Care, was awarded the 2019 Robert Wood Johnson Award for SDoH software innovation.
